Arrived at the restaurant which was very cold and waited several minutes until we were noticed by the guy on the phone. We had the set menu and were not very impressed the service, it was a bit slow and starters very small. The main course of sea bass was a bit strange and very boney I think it was frozen. The steak was over done and smothered in a teryaki sauce. The dessert of strawberry cheesecake was straight from a packet. The wine for almost £15.00 and was very forgetable. The overall price for the two of us was £64.00, very overpriced! We weren't even thanked for our business, I think they need to look at their prices and lower them, not a great experience and won't be back.

I went to Sakura for the first time on Saturday night. Overall I liked the food and atmoshere. I was tempted by almost everything on the menu except Sushi and had the Seafood soup with ramen noodles. However I agree with the other poster who was upset with the extra charge for seperate portions of rice and noodles. The atmosphere was great. Despite being full and very busy it still seemed very quiet and relaxed. Staff were curteous, fast and discreet.  I loved it and will definately be back.

I have now become a regular visitor to Sakura, and just can't find any flaws. I am a sushi fan and love trying new places when I travel to London, I recently had a meal near the london eye and yes the scenes were lovely the sushi was pretty average. I was glad to return to my little piece of sushi in Belfast, I admit it's the same pieces I go for each time of the conveyer belt, but hey if it's not broke why fix it.

Service is fab, staff are very friendly and I think I have become addicted to one of thee healthy foods on our menus. I am gigging tonight in Belfast and will go early so I can have my weekly fix of Belfast's finest sushi.

Went last night - loved the atmosphere but did not sit at the sushi counter. The set menu seems a really good deal but it's a lot of food so we decided on a 8 platter sushi which was perfect starter for 2 and my boyfriend had the fillet of beef teriyaki with tempura veg and I ordered the salted chilli seabass. Disappointed that rice and noodles were charge extra but prices were still reasonable.
Both our mains were delicious and beautifully presented. They bring you the whole fish but slice of the fish meal and cook in tempura style. Loved it. Service was great and we will return.
